MSN. 001: SYRINGE MAN (Design 1)

This is the first Robot Master of the MSN (Mega Scout Number) series...SYRINGE MAN.

He's a medical robot, meant to perform difficult tasks that doctors usually have trouble doing on their own. His main weapon is the Lethal Injection, which (when not reprogrammed) isn't normally used by this medical robot. Most of his procedures include healthy things, like Flu Shots, normal check-ups, and surgeries. But when he's reprogrammed to be evil...you can imagine how things quickly go bad.
